In 1976, Jim Roers started Roers Construction company as a small residential contractor. Over a 30-year duration, he grew the general construction business to over 100 employees and annual sales of more than $20 million. With a changing market demand for design-build services, Jim shifted his focus toward the development process and providing additional building services to his clients.
Lance Ziebarth joined Roers as President of the construction company in 2004. Lance brought more than 20 years of experience in the commercial construction market, having held executive leadership positions in the steel fabrication industry and construction management field.
With over 30 years of success, Roers is a financially strong company with a proven track record of following complex specifications identified by the client. RCI has special expertise in the areas of design-build, commercial, multi-unit residential, historic rehabilitation, and institutional construction.
